Return Conditions:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Products should be in their original condition and packaging.
- Digital products are generally non-refundable unless faulty. If there is an error or a formatting problem the document can be redone in the proper method.
- If a copy of the item purchased needs to be replaced at any time (hard drive issues, equipment destroyed, etc) please contact us and we will resend it with no further charge.
